The Basang-basa coral beach resort was built by Mosies Baleña, Before it’s a rice fields then they renovates it slowly and step by step. It is located at Brgy. Amboyu-an, San Joaquin, Iloilo. This coral beach resort was famous at the Iloilo city it is also known by some of tourists even PBA players are fond of going here because they can escape to their trainings and exhausting work thus they could relax alongside the ocean with fresh air and beautiful view.This resort is protected by the San Joaquin sanctuary because of it’s coral reefs and prevent the locals to use dynamite fishing that can affect the natural resources that the corals produced. Tourists here can do snorkeling to see corals and different kinds of fish, they can also inquire for a boat to see corals underwater. Tourists and locals can also inquire for events like Birthdays and wedding events or parties.
